The HRToolbench 360 Feedback module enables a supervisor and a client HR administrator to request performance feedback on an employee's performance and observed competency levels from others within the organization at any time. A supervisor is not always able to make firsthand observations of an employee's daily performance and interactions with others. Ultimately, the coaching and performance evaluation process is enhanced by gathering multiple perspectives from others who regularly work and interact with an employee. Compiled feedback responses can also be used by a supervisor as a resource when completing an employee's performance evaluation.
Customize Feedback Forms for Different Situations and Providers:
A variety of pre-configured feedback forms and re-written feedback questions related to observable work activities enable a supervisor or client HR administrator to set up and request feedback from multiple providers. Downward, upward and lateral feedback form templates can be accessed and used "as is" or edited. Add or delete a question from a form template, or create a feedback form from scratch. Define feedback criteria, such as specific projects or engagements and applicable dates, and assign feedback providers. Job competencies are pulled from an employee's job description and included on the feedback form, if desired. HRToolbench sends automatic email requests and reminders to each feedback provider.
Enter Responses Online; Access Results Immediately:
Feedback providers can enter responses into online feedback forms in only few minutes. Responses are immediately available for viewing and HRToolbench instantly compiles and calculates the average, "mean," response for each feedback question based on the responses of multiple feedback providers.
Monitor Status of Feedback Responses; Track Response Timeliness:
A client HR administrator can monitor the status of requested feedback responses in real time. HRToolbench also calculates the average response time of each provider and displays the results on a timeliness report. Automatic tracking of feedback responses encourages providers to be timely and, in turn, reduces the HR administrator's need to follow up with tardy feedback providers.
